Three Days in a Row
Isaac Anthony has given us a full night of sleep three days in a row now, and as new parents all this did is make us worry. What if he is not feeling well? What if he is not getting enough to eat? What if...what if...what if...

We'll see. It is not like he is being abandoned in his room. Both Mom and Dad have woken up at 3 or 4 in the morning, out of habit right now, only to find a little Chubby Bubby sawing logs.

We added some new pictures to Flickr including this one:

We were at the park, Coggshall Park, to be exact for our normal morning nature hike when a group of teenage girls walked by when he flexed for them and I caught it on camera.

Also, hopefully, the Flickr photos have been reorganized into pictures by month and then within the month earliest to latest.

Finally, I am working on a post with all of the animals that Isaac has seen at Coggshall Park. Hopefully it will be up soon. I think you will be surprised at the variety of creatures we have encountered.

Skeptic Proven Wrong
Well, Isaac proved his skeptical Mommy wrong. He flipped over again, this time in front of Bianca.

ME: See I told you he could do it.
BIANCA: He was just flailing.
ME: Probably, but still.

Then he did it again like thirty seconds later. He is not flailing. It is not a fluke. And now the skeptic has to be a little bit less skeptical.

All that is left is for them to REALLY find Bigfoot.

STTN
Well, how do you top 6.5 hours of sleep? How about sleeping from 9 PM to 6 AM? That's how. It was not the most restful sleep for him. He woke up at about midnight and then put himself back to sleep and he did that again around 3, but each time he went back down without parental intervention. And at six he woke up ready to eat. Meanwhile Mom woke up twice and Dad did as well, once feet on the floor, ready to run into the room, when all of sudden Isaac just got quiet again and fell asleep. Thank god for a video baby monitor. The increased cost is DEFINITELY worth it.

Now we know why he was so cranky last night--he was prepping for his big step. By the way, STTN was in an email from my cousin, and supermom, Libby.

I am sure this was a fluke, but it is nice to know that it is possible. When he starts doing this on a regular basis, then we will rejoice. For now, we are cautiously and guiltily rested.

Last night we managed to capture another great Isaac moment. In this video he is practicing his form for Men's Pommel Horse in the Olympics. Bart Conner with the call (not really):

Isaac was a bit giggly after this. He has really taken to moving around. He LOVES being bounced on my need, usually to the Bonanza theme song. And, as you saw, he loves swaying to the music of Beyonce in our impromptu dance parties. Anything to keep him happy and not crying.
