A four day weekend, thanks to Veteran's Day, is a true joy. A four day weekend when G-Daddy comes to town to spend time with his boy is awesome. All three of us had a great time with G-Daddy. Here are some good pictures from the weekend, most courtesy of G-Daddy.
Here is a picture of G-Daddy and Isaac bonding over some milk:

Here is another of Isaac repaying G-Daddy for the dinner with some good cuddles (I think he likes his G-Daddy):

A picture of the three Sculimbrene Boys:

Isaac with G-Daddy's sunglasses (they make him look like a State Trooper, "Ma'am do you know how fast you were going?"):

A shot of Isaac eating solid foods (Yummy!):

Isaac and G-Daddy by the fire with a sauce and meatball sampler:

After G-Daddy left, Dad came home and played with Isaac Anthony. We made two NEW forts based on Ancient Greek designs (or, really, four extra pillows taken from the Sun Room chairs). Both were much larger than any other fort we have built. So first up is an Iroquois Longhouse design, called Super Fort I:
Next up is a design based on the Temple of Zeus (which housed the Statue of Zeus, one of the original Seven Wonders of the World):
Lots of pictures and videos were added, so take a peek.

Who knew Isaac Anthony would like the fire so much? Well, me. See I have, since I was a four year old camping with my Dad at John Bryan State Park in Ohio, loved fire. Not like a "I-get-excited-at-the-mere-smell-of-burnt-toast" love of fire, but a healthy respect for man's greatest invention. So when we had a second chance, we gathered around the hearth and had a good time with Isaac Anthony. By the way, it was just about perfect (not perfect because of some missing attendees) evening--tortellini in Bianca's sauce, a decent bottle of wine, some Christmas tunes on the stereo (yes, stereo, not a home theater system, sadly), and a fire with Isaac Anthony and G-Daddy.
First, a shot of Isaac with his Mommy. For whatever reason, there are not a lot of videos posted where I am filming Bianca and Isaac, so here we go for a change of pace:
Second, chillin' with the Sculimbrene boys:
Enjoy Nanna! We'll call for an iChat as soon as we are done with the 10 AM feeding.
