Too Tee Time
We went over to Nanni and Poppa Dom's yesterday to celebrate Christmas, actually Mini Christmas.  The idea was we'd be able to see everyone and exchange presents at a leisurely pace, amid the delicious snacks (including a Santa made entirely from fruit).  Nanni also planned to make cookies with all three of her grandsons, perhaps the most Christmas-y thing I can think of.  Lots of great presents were exchanged including Isaac's new favorite--a giant Brachiosaurus.  But it was the cookie baking that generated most of the excitement.

When Nanni informed the boys that it was time Colby ran into the living room and informed everyone: "Its Too Tee Time! Its Too Tee Time!"  A few minutes of puzzled glances were ended when he grabbed my hand and brought me into the kitchen.  Here is the video:

Too Tee Time, indeed.

Isaac and the Lady
Well Isaac has a friend at school, Molly, who, as you can tell from the name, is a girl.  Molly is super nice and gentle with Isaac.  Isaac is nice too.  Molly, it seems has entered his inner circle of friends.  A few days ago as Bianca and Isaac were leaving, Isaac had a toy that Molly wanted.  He pretended to give it to her and then took it back, as if to keep it.  She flashed a little sad face and Mom gave Isaac a stare and he turned and gave the toy away for real.

They are also a team on the playground.  Isaac loves one toy and only one toy.  He can, sometimes, I know this is hard to hear grandparents, throw a fit if the toy is not available.  As he is doing this, little Molly, who hates her shoes, will take off her shoes and socks, much to the teacher's chagrin, and walk around outside barefoot, even in the 30 degree weather.  Isaac's diversion helps every time.

Isaac HEARTS Sno Balls
Dad and Isaac were playing around at the grocery store. Isaac decided he wanted to fill our cart with Hostess Sno Balls (those disgusting PINK "pastries"). As the little guy worked he attracted a huge crowd of adults, probably ten people in all. You might be able to hear them in the background.

Watch for me to say "we are all finished" around 43 seconds in and note that the video is 3 minutes long.  Isaac had other ideas.
