Lineage in Plaid
Isaac's grandpa, my Dad, has had a thing for plaid shirts (technically tartan patterned flannel shirts, oh wikipedia, how I love thee) well before Norm Abrams and Al Borland made it fashionable. What none of us knew is that it was in his genes. He was simply preparing to become a grandfather.

I am not sure if you can see the similarities. They are subtle. Its like Where's Waldo, but with plaid instead of stripes.
And though they left on Saturday, we need to say it: Isaac, Bianca, and I greatly appreciated the grandparents staying for a week and playing with Isaac. He slept and ate very well and they really did take the load off. Its weird because until they came out Bianca and I really didn't understand or appreciate how much work we did during the week to make sure things run smoothly. Having an extra two people really highlighted that. Isaac had such a great time, he was a smilely, playful kid all week. Thanks Nanna and G-Daddy.
